This 15 meter observation tower stands on a hilltop 162.4 meters above sea level near Tytuvėnai, offering panoramic views over Pašakarnis pond, the manor park, the forests of the Gomerta landscape reserve, and Šiluva's chapel and church across the surrounding countryside. It can be reached along a 13.5 kilometer cycling route around Giliaus and Bridvaišio lakes, or by an unpaved road connecting Pašakarnis manor to Šiluva.
