This trail begins at the former Jaundome manor near Ežezers lake in Ezernieku parish, Krāslava municipality, and can be walked as an 880 meter wooden boardwalk loop or extended to about 3 kilometers on a dirt path around the fields in dry weather. Along the way it passes the ruins of the manor's ice cellar and brewery, patches of forest, and ponds where beavers are active, before reaching a landscaped rest area and boat shelter on the lakeshore. Guides are available to explain the manor's history, though the route is not adapted for visitors with limited mobility.
