Kaksikute lõkkekoht

Kempingas, Laanemaa

Kaksikute lõkkekoht is a free campfire and camping site on Osmussaar island, within the Osmussaare Landscape Protection Area in Läänemaa. The site has a covered fireplace shelter, a bench-table and a dry (composting) toilet, and lies near the "Kaksikud" (Twins) rock outcrop, a gneiss-breccia formation linked to the Neugrund meteorite impact roughly 540 million years ago. It connects to the 9 km Osmussaare hiking trail. Reaching the island requires advance arrangement, typically via Dirhami harbour, and visitors must carry their waste back to the mainland.
