The Church of the Annunciation in Dotnuva is a two-towered, three-nave late Baroque church with early Classicist touches, built in brick between 1773 and 1810 next to an earlier Bernardine convent founded in 1701. Its central altar frieze carries the coat of arms of the Chrapowicki family, who helped finance the building, and the church houses six side altars rich in period art. Since 1990 the adjoining monastery has served as the center of the Capuchin order's Lithuanian province, and the church remains an active parish today.
