Šalčininkų park

Graži vieta, Vilniaus apskritis

Šalčininkų parkas occupies the grounds of the former Šalčininkų manor at Mokyklos g. 27. Its landscaped park was laid out in 1812 by the Wagner (Vagneris) family, who owned the estate from 1835, but little of the original planting survived and today only two linden-tree avenues remain from that layout. The neoclassical manor house on the same grounds, rebuilt and modernized around 1904, now houses the Šalčininkai Stanislovas Moniuška Art School.
