A 20-meter wooden observation tower atop the Numernes ridge (a long glacial esker) inside a nature park near Kārsava, giving panoramic views over Latgale's hilly terrain, nearby lakes, and the Numernes bog. Two star-gazing chairs are installed beside the tower, and a short nature trail with an environmental art installation begins at the same spot.
