This forest crossroads in Suntažu pagasts, Ogres novads, takes its name from old forest management plans rather than from any wartime event, and older local accounts also called the spot Trīsstūri, meaning the Triangle. Three forest roads converge here: Glāznieku ceļš, Briežu ceļš, and Brandenburgas bānītis, the last named for a narrow-gauge railway that once served the area and linked onward to the Rīga-Ērgļi line. The junction is marked with an official road sign bearing its name, and the site has developed into an informal rest stop with a lunch shelter and fire pit, used by hikers including on the Spēka pārgājiens trekking route.
