On the shore of Lake Palojärv in the Kiidjärve-Kooraste recreation area, this RMK campfire site near Ihamaru, Põlva County offers two covered fire areas with grill grates, roofed tables and benches, a tree shelter, a floating platform, and a toilet, set in pine forest close to the old Tartu-Võru road. It has room for up to ten four-person tents split across two small parking areas. It is maintained as a dedicated fire and gathering spot, separate from the nearby Palojärve beach and campsite facilities on the same lake.
