Matsuri piknikuplats is a picnic and market site in the village of Matsuri, Setomaa Parish, Võru County, near the Estonia-Russia border. By 2021 the site had been fitted with a public water supply point and an electrical connection, funded in part through a grant to the local Matsurimuudu association, giving visitors with motorhomes access to power, water, and an on-site toilet.
