Graži vieta, Panevėžio apskritis

Matas Tracevskis, owner of the nearby Rokoniai manor, financed this neoclassical brick church near Miškiai village in 1829; it was enlarged in 1858 and made a chapel of the Šeduva parish. Writer and priest Juozas Tumas-Vaižgantas served here between March 1906 and January 1907, and a sacristy and side chapel were added in 1909. The building, cruciform and without a bell tower of its own, underwent renovation after the Second World War and again in 2004, and it marked its 185th anniversary in 2014.
