Also known as Biržės kalnas, this hillfort is bordered on the southeast and north by the Venta valley and its ravines, with steep 11 meter slopes rising to an oval plateau 23 by 19 meters. Ramparts and a defensive ditch survive at the site, and a settlement dated to the second half of the first millennium was discovered nearby, yielding cultural layers, animal bones, pottery and stone tools.
