This observation tower stands in Pelēči lake bog, in Pelēči parish, Preiļi municipality, near the Preiļi-Daugavpils highway. It offers views over Pelēču lake and the surrounding bog. A 102-metre nature trail leads to the tower, and a small boat dock has been built alongside it.
