This marked hiking trail is on the grounds of Saatse Museum in Samarina village, Setomaa municipality, the oldest Setomaa museum still on Estonian territory, founded in 1974. The trail winds through the surrounding natural landscape near the point where Estonian, Russian, EU, and Latvian borders converge, and the same grounds host "Väigokõnõ Setomaa," a roughly 2-hectare mobile-app landscape game guiding visitors through twelve traditional Seto villages. The museum and trail are open seasonally, June 1 to August 31, Wednesday to Friday, 11:00-17:00.
