Äntu Punamäe lõkkekoht

Laužavietė, Laane-Virumaa

Äntu Punamäe lõkkekoht is a rest and campfire site on Punamäe hill in Väike-Maarja Parish, within the Äntu landscape conservation area, equipped with a permanent shelter, fireplace and benches. The hill's steep southern slope once held Agelinde, the largest hillfort of southern Virumaa, built at the start of the first millennium and abandoned by around the 13th century, after which the site continued to be used as a gathering and camping ground. The site lies along the roughly 10-km Äntu nature trail, which crosses varied forest types and the steep Punamäe ridge.
