Elniakampio šaltinis is a spring rising on the northern slope of the Elniakampis hillfort in Neris Regional Park, roughly 29 km from Vilnius near the village of Sudervė. Its water is notably rich in iron and was long valued by local residents, who traditionally used it to treat eye ailments and regarded the source as sacred. The spring feeds one of two small streams bordering the ancient hillfort hill.
