This wooden, single-tower church with an apse stands in Vaičaičiai, 1 kilometer southwest of the Ylakiai-Seda road and half a kilometer north of the Luoba River, enclosed by a wooden fence with its own bell tower. Built between 1920 and 1921 and consecrated in 1922, it became its own parish in 1936, and its wooden altar holds a 19th century Pietà sculpture of the Virgin Mary cradling the body of Christ.
