This hillfort with an associated ancient settlement sits on the right bank of the Verseka river, 1.5 km south of Krūminiai village, near Valkininkai. Dating from the early to late first millennium AD, it has steep slopes 11-12 meters high, a triangular platform, and a rampart with traces of a burnt log wall; excavations have turned up pottery, iron tools and clay spindle whorls. A related burial ground lies about 1 km to the north.
