This reinforced concrete road bridge crosses the Mūša river at Ustukiai village in Pasvalys district, carrying the road between Joniškis, Žeimelis, and Pasvalys. It was built in 1927-1928 to a design by engineer Pranas Markūnas after a wooden predecessor was wrecked by spring ice drift in 1926, and the finished structure, 78.6 meters long on three spans, opened on August 10, 1928 in a ceremony attended by President Antanas Smetona. The bridge originally carried Smetona's name on a plaque, removed under Soviet rule, and since 1995 it has been protected as a state technical monument.
