Maintained by RMK, these campfire sites sit beside a former quarry directly on the coast in Kaberneeme, a village in Jõelähtme Parish about 40 km northeast of Tallinn. The grounds hold eight outdoor fireplaces, nine sheltered picnic tables, two woodsheds, and dry toilets, with space for up to 30 tents and parking for 30 cars or 2 buses, plus a larger 75-car lot at the adjacent Kaberneeme parking area. The site is reachable via the Tallinn-Narva highway and the Jägala-Kaberneeme road.
