Local landowner Mykolas Koscialkovskis laid out this manor park in Pandėlys during the first half of the 19th century, giving it features of Italian Romantic style landscaping. Gravel paths lined with ornamental shrubs once led past oaks and a pond, with flowerbeds set closer to the manor house itself. Although the manor buildings did not survive, the roughly 5.4 hectare park remains, with maple and linden avenues and old elm and ash trees, and the Pandėlys community has restored it in recent years as a public recreation area.
