Laid out beside the municipal building on Rungos gatvė in Elektrėnai, this plaza took its full name, Lithuania's State Restoration Centenary Square, after public debate over the naming tied to the 1918 centenary. A paved path through the square marks the founding year 1918, and the grounds combine an events stage, a fountain with benches, flowerbeds, chess tables, and an electric-vehicle charging point beside the parking area. It now hosts the city's main public gatherings, from Independence Day commemorations to the annual Christmas tree lighting.
