Vingis Park is one of Vilnius' largest and best-known parks, stretching along the Neris river. Its open-air concert stage hosted mass rallies of the Sąjūdis movement and the Singing Revolution in the late 1980s, drawing hundreds of thousands of people. Today the park is a popular spot for walking, running and cycling, and regularly hosts concerts and city festivals.
