Built as a wooden chapel in the late 18th century at the Lekavas Keršanskiai manor, this structure was moved to serve the Nemakščiai parish in 1941 after the Nemakščiai church was destroyed during the Second World War. The rectangular, single-nave chapel in folk architectural style is topped with a large wooden cross and has been renovated in 1959, 1977 and 2009, remaining in use today.
