Graži vieta, Vilniaus apskritis
Pasakų Park (Fairytale Park) is a green space on the border of Vilnius's Karoliniškės and Lazdynai districts, laid out in 1986-87 by landscape architect Romualdas Jurgilis. It is dotted with wooden sculptures of fairy-tale and mythological characters, carved by folk artisans and Vilnius Art Academy students when the park opened, many of which still survive today. Since 2019 the park has added an evening installation projecting colored images of well-known Vilnius legends onto the ground from projectors hidden in the treetops, with nearby information stands explaining the stories.
