Pustlaukio duobė

Graži vieta, Šiaulių apskritis

This deep, teardrop-shaped depression in Vainagiai forest was carved out during the late Ice Age by swirling meltwater falling steeply from the edge of the retreating glacier. It first held a small lake, which has since become a bog with a peat layer over 4 to 6 meters of remaining water.
