Rising 18 meters above a steep slope in the Vooremaa landscape protection area, this observation tower stands in Raigastvere village within the Tartu-Jõgeva recreation area. On a clear day the platform gives views across Vooremaa's characteristic ridges and lakes, and the tower is a known stop for birdwatchers during spring and autumn migration. The site also has an information board, tables, benches, and a restroom, and it sits a short drive from the Elistvere animal park.
