Standing 8 meters tall at the end of Papiniidu street, this bird observation tower overlooks the Pärnu coastal meadow nature reserve, a protected area of roughly 371 hectares of meadow and wetland. It sits on a circular, roughly 600-meter boardwalk trail that is wheelchair and pram accessible, and its information boards describe the birds and protected plants found in the reserve. From the platform, visitors can look out over grazed coastal meadows, ponds, and Pärnu Bay.
