Also known as Sponstis or Maldokalnis, this hillfort from the early first millennium sits on a hill that dominates the surrounding area, its oval plateau stretching 25 by 20 meters east to west. Excavations in 1999 uncovered a hearth with pottery and clay fragments and a stone axe within a 0.2 hectare settlement area, and deciduous trees now cover the site.
