The coast of the Jūra river below the Tauragė city dam is a popular spot for outdoor fishing among local residents. Fishermen gather here to catch pike, perch and, in the spring, migratory fish in the rapid flow of the river. The shores are maintained and easily accessible for outdoor recreation.
