Carved by spring-fed erosion into a sandstone bank of the Võhandu River, this small cave lies in Süvahavva village, Räpina Parish, Põlva County, about 400 meters downstream from where the Savioja stream joins the river. Alongside the nearby Väike-Sõjatare cave, it is one of two preserved spring caves at the site and has long been described in Estonian folklore records as a sacred gathering place, its name tied to the deity Uku. It remains a quiet destination for walkers today, reached via a path along the riverbank.
