Kempingas, Jogevamaa
A campfire site tucked into the Alam-Pedja Nature Reserve on former Altmetsa farmland, reached by a 1.5 km walk from the Kirna study trail parking area, which holds space for eight cars, or by boat along the Pedja River. The site sits beside a 14 meter observation tower overlooking the river's floodplain forest and wet meadows, and offers an open fire pit with a grill, six benches, a toilet, an information board, and room for up to four four-person tents. Because it borders a Kaitseliit (Estonian Defence League) training area, visitors may occasionally hear gunfire from shooting exercises nearby, and the approach trail can flood and become hard to pass after heavy rain.
