Located at the corner of V. Burbos and Laisvės streets in Mažeikiai's old town, this public square features benches and swings for everyday use by residents. It is maintained by the local community association Mano namai (My Home), which decorates it for holidays such as Easter and Christmas using natural materials like moss and branches. The square also serves as a gathering point and venue for city events, including the traditional Vasario 16-osios "Bėgame už laisvę" (Running for Freedom) run held each February 16.
