A roughly 5.3-hectare lakeside recreation area at Draudeniai in Tauragė district reopened in 2026 after a renovation exceeding 3.4 million euros. The site includes a swimming beach, a pier reaching toward a small island, an observation tower over the lake, children’s playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment, and beach volleyball and basketball courts. Overnight visitors can use dedicated camping spots, showers, and sanitary facilities.
