The section of the Minija river near Lankupiai is famous for its deep riverbed and rapids, where slag, salmon and large perch are successfully fished. This is one of the favorite outdoor fishing spots in Western Lithuania, where fishermen go with both spinning and bottom fishing rods. The shores are comfortable, suitable for long outdoor recreation.
