Spread across 14 hectares in Vaickūniškė village within Metelių Regional Park, this homestead sits only about 20 meters from the shore of Lake Metelys and includes roughly 200 meters of its own beach. Guests can choose rooms in the main house, standalone cottages, or tent spots near the pine forest, and the grounds hold two banquet halls seating 25 and 40 people, a sauna, a football field, volleyball and basketball courts, and a children's playground. The lake here is fished for pike, perch and eel, and rowboats and paddleboats are available for rent.
