A wayside chapel originally standing on the Buinauskas manor estate by the Kaišiadorys-Stabintiškiai road was demolished at the turn of the 1950s/60s on orders of local authorities. In 1989 the local council decided to rebuild it, funded by Gudzenka residents and a local agricultural firm; it was rebuilt in 1990 on the western edge of the village to a design by Stasys Petrauskas, with a cross forged by Bronius Repčinskas, and houses a statuette of Mary brought from Šiluva. It was consecrated on October 20, 1990 by Kaišiadorys Bishop Juozapas Matulaitis.
