This beach sits on the shore of the Labūnava pond in Pelėdnagiai eldership, Kėdainiai district, roughly 1.3 km from the Nevėžis river. Public health testing by the Kėdainiai Public Health Bureau has confirmed the beach sand is clean and meets hygiene standards, unlike a couple of other district beaches that failed testing. The municipality has invested in the wider recreation zone around the pond, including a roughly 100,000 EUR fountain project intended to make the area more attractive to visitors.
