Graži vieta, Alytaus apskritis
This is the joint administration of Dzūkija National Park (established 23 April 1991, protecting the natural and cultural landscape of the "Dainava land" across the Alytus, Varėna, Druskininkai and Lazdijai districts) and the adjoining Čepkeliai State Strict Nature Reserve (created in September 1975 to protect Lithuania's largest raised bog and its natural hydrological regime). The directorate is based in Merkinė, with a second visitor centre in Marcinkonys.
