This is an outdoor stage in Plungė's town-centre river valley park, rebuilt as part of a roughly €3 million renovation of the Babrungas valley and Laisvės alley. It has hosted the district's Wind Orchestra Festival and the international folklore festival "Saulelė raudona," with groups from Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia and Spain.
