Built around Lithuania's largest rainwater treatment facility, this Šeškinė district green space lets Vilnius residents relax beside the reservoir where collected stormwater is cleaned before release. Known locally as Lietaus parkas (Rain Park) or Šeškinės parkas, it opened as a combined recreational and environmental-education site, demonstrating how urban stormwater infrastructure can double as public space. In June 2023 a blocked drainage chamber briefly flooded part of the grounds during heavy rain, but contractors cleaned up the site the same afternoon and the park remains a popular walking spot.
