Reached via a gravel road roughly 7.6 km off the Jõgeva-Põltsamaa highway, this RMK campfire site lies in Kose village, Põltsamaa municipality, about 130 m from the turn onto the Kõpu-Tapiku forest road. It offers a table with bench and roof, an open fire pit with a grill grate, benches and a tree shelter, with room for up to seven four-person tents and a nearby lay-by for parking. Non-potable water can be drawn from the adjacent fire pond, and the site sits within an old state-owned commercial forest of mixed deciduous woodland. It also serves as a rest stop on the RMK Peraküla-Aegviidu-Ähijärve hiking route, with Tapiku manor house about 3 km to the west.
