Dviračių maršrutas, Utenos apskritis
Antalieptė, in Zarasai district, is famous for its footbridges (lieptai) - more than 10 of them - and the town's very name comes from the phrase 'ant liepto' ('on the footbridge'). One of its best-known spots is a hanging footbridge over the Šventoji river in the town center, which locals consider miraculous. Numerous hillforts and cultural monuments nearby attest to the area's centuries-old history, and the neighboring Šavaša nature trail leads through Gražutė Regional Park.
