Kačerginės poilsiavietė

Iškylos vieta, Kauno apskritis

Set within the pine forest of the Kačerginė resort town on the left bank of the Nemunas, this rest area has long drawn visitors for its quiet, scenic setting dating back to the town's interwar heyday as a holiday destination. The site includes a shelter, forest-style furniture, a natural spring, and a small pond crossed by a footbridge. It also connects to the roughly 6-kilometer Šaltinių (Springs) Trail, which passes anthills and animal burrows on its way to viewpoints over the Nemunas and the nearby Pyplis hillfort.
