This is an informal swimming spot by Virtsu's old harbour, next to the medieval Virtsu castle ruins. In July 2020 the local municipality renovated the area - clearing a soil pile left over from harbour-channel dredging and marking the swimming zone off from the boat channel with buoys. It remains an unsupervised, swim-at-your-own-risk site.
