Established in 2005 to protect the Blinstrubiškis forest ecosystem, this biosphere monitoring site sits within one of Raseiniai district's largest forest complexes, notable for its biodiversity of rare plants and fungi. Artificial nesting platforms have been built here to support the local white-tailed eagle population, and the polygon serves as a station for national and regional environmental monitoring.
