Along the Smilga stream in Kėdainiai runs a short wooded path locally known as the wooden sculpture park, a recreation spot the town municipality maintains with regular seasonal cleanup. It forms part of Kėdainiai's marked walking route, branching off Žydų gatvelė and continuing roughly 200 meters toward Kranto gatvė. Wooden sculpture is a craft closely associated with the town, home to folk artist Vytautas Ulevičius's dedicated wood sculpture museum. About 600 meters further along the same stream stands the Janina Monkutė-Marks Museum-Gallery, whose meadow displays stone and metal sculptures.
