This farmstead cheese producer near Liutonys makes cheeses originally by a Latvian recipe, now expanding into Italian, Cypriot and Georgian styles. It runs hands-on cheese-making and tasting workshops: up to 12 people at the owners' home, larger groups of up to 50 at a nearby restaurant or a location of the client's choice, and also offers off-site traveling tastings.
