Graži vieta, Šiaulių apskritis
Erected on February 16, 1928 to mark a decade of Lithuanian independence, this concrete and stone obelisk in Kuršėnai was torn down by Soviet authorities in 1947 and rebuilt in 1989 during Lithuania's national reawakening. It continues to serve as a site for state and national holiday ceremonies.
