Verpeto kalnas, also known as Tado Blindos kalnas, is a hill near Alanta in the Molėtai district, one of the highest points in the area at around 163 meters, with views said to reach 18 kilometers on a clear day, taking in the spires of four churches. The hill appears in the opening scene of the Lithuanian film "Tadas Blinda" and is the subject of local legends linking it to ancient rituals and burial sites. Its summit is scattered with stones of unclear origin, popularly attributed either to glacial movement or to having been placed there by people.
