Established in Kuršėnai in 2020, this park was planted with trees chosen so their foliage echoes the colors of the Lithuanian tricolor flag. In 2022, an oak sapling grown from an acorn of the famous Stelmužė oak was planted here to mark Lithuania's Youth Year.
